Tenant Information

Rent: Dependent on property

Deposit: Up to 5 weeks equivalent rental for property value below £50,000 per annum

Deposit: Up to 6 weeks equivalent rent for properties above £50,000 per annum

Holding deposit: Capped at 1 weeks rent

Utilities: Gas, Electric and water are all responsibility of the tenant to pay

Tenant Fees

If the Tenant fails to pay the rent on time and the Landlord or the Landlords agent has to chase for Rent a fee of 3% above the Bank Of England's base rate for each day that the payment has been outstanding.

The tenant is responsible for ensuring that they look after the keys for the property or security devises, throughout the tenancy. If they fail to do so, they will be responsible for covering the reasonable costs of replacement.

When a tenant requests a change in the tenancy agreement a charge of £50 Including VAT.

Should the tenant wish to leave their contract early, they shall be liable to the landlord's costs in re-letting the property as well as all rent due under the tenancy until the start date of the replacement tenancy. These costs will be no more than the maximum amount of rent outstanding on the tenancy.
